A.E. Dawson began her career as an author out of a desire for a new book, one that would set her pulse racing and her mind churning. After months of fruitlessly searching Amazon and bookstores, she sat down to write her own. As the story evolved she discovered friends and family were drawn to the characters and story, asking when they could read more of Angela and Daryn. It was then that Seer of Caplana started its journey towards being published.
“Fantasy books taught me about the value of standing strong in the face of opposition. When my parents went through an unforeseen divorce, it was the characters in my favorite books that inspired me to keep pushing through.
Then later in life when I came across my own real-life antagonists, it was those same characters that taught me to see those villains for who they were and forge my own path. I believe, today more than ever, we need heroes. We need friends caught between the pages of literature to inspire us to create our own worlds filled with magic, wonder, and a little bit of mystery.”
